Managing Responses
TIP: We recommend checking this page as soon as the first mailing has been sent. Correcting bouncebacks early helps keep your response rate high.
Once your survey is live and the first survey mailing has been sent out, you’ll be unable to make any changes.
You’ll receive an email informing you of any bounce-backs and/or changes you need to make.
However, you can manage your responses in real time by navigating to the Manage Responses section of a live survey from the My Surveys page.
On this page you’re able to see who has or hasn’t responded to the survey yet, and crucially which emails have bounced due to incorrect addresses.
The status column tells you the situation with each contact.
You are able to correct email address for ‘bounceback’ contacts by opening up that contact’s side panel.
Once the email has been corrected you’ll be able to send a reminder manually.
Contacts who’s addresses have been corrected will continue to receive any remaining reminder emails that are scheduled for your survey.
