Creating a Survey
Follow these steps to set up and send your first survey. The whole process takes around ten minutes - and once you've done it once, it gets even quicker.

Add your Accounts & Contacts
Youโll want to make sure your accounts and contacts are updated before starting a new survey.
Mass update (ideal)
The fastest way to do this is by uploading a spreadsheet of your accounts and contacts.
Simply click on the Mass Update button, and follow the on-screen instructions to download a template & import your accounts/contacts in one go.
Individual entry
If youโd prefer to add accounts and contacts individually, youโll need to add your accounts first.
This is easily done - just click on Add Account, and begin typing the name of the account youโd like to add. Pick from the pre-populated list of existing accounts, or if you canโt find what youโre looking for, you can create a new one.
Once youโve added your accounts, you can begin adding your contacts by clicking the Add Contact icon on each account.
Donโt forget to hit Save once youโre done.
