Here you will find the email wording that will be sent to contacts, inviting them to participate in the survey.

Contacts who have already responded to the survey will not receive the subsequent scheduled emails.

First request to participate email

We value our partnership and your ongoing feedback to continuously strengthen our collaboration.

Email Structure

  • The body of the email - See the email text above

  • Signatory - This is determined at the Account Update stage. If there is a new signatory you would like to add, please contact our team. The message should include the signatory’s full name, job title, email and signature. We recommend that signatories be the most senior person in your company, who your clients are most familiar with. This is typically the CEO or Head of Client Services.
